A large part of our business is in the commercial real estate sector. Construction / Remodeling of Hospitality projects such as Hotels, Venus, office buildings. Retail business up fits, as well as creating beautiful retail spaces. We focus on the importance of creating a positive, profitable, environmentally responsible and functional investment.

We have extensive experience building homes in Luxury Home Communities in the mountain and lake areas of South and North Carolina. We have restored historical homes in the Greenville Area. And Designed Habitat has designed and built additions as large as 5,000 Sqft to a 4,500 Sqft house. There is no project too large for us to design and build.

We at Designed Habitat are all members of local ministries and have experience in the construction and remodeling Churches and Ministry facilities. We have been instrumental in building, remodeling and improvements in local churches and ministries in the area. Our owners have traveled with our construction crews or church members to mission fields in other countries and cities. If you need more space, our designers are masters in creating new buildings and additions.
