About Us
What We Do
Our commercial projects include both new construction, restoration and remodeling of Commercial and Hospitality Sites. We have experience performing construction on Occupied and fully operational job sites. We have also planned, scheduled, managed, and built multi-phase jobs. We have over 50 combined years of construction experience in the Commercial and Residential Construction Space at Designed Habitat. We also have over 50 years of site Development Experience in Communities in the Upstate of South Carolina and North Carolina including luxury homes in 4 of The Cliffs Communities.
Our extended family has been in commercial construction for over 100 years in Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. Starting in Florida with our Granddad, Uncles, many running their own companies as General Constructors. One of my Family members was Buck Mickel, CEO of Fluor Corporation who built the Fluor Complex near the Haywood Mall, International Airports and Complexes. Needless to say we have deep roots in General Construction and Construction Management.
